Prior to the onset of the COVID-19 virus, many an organization believed that they had a developed an adequate Risk Management Plan and were making strides with its execution. And then the virus hit, affecting every company and their supply chain partners in some form or fashion.

According to Gregory Schlegel and Robert Trent, authors of Supply Chain Risk Management, most supply chains primarily face risks in these four categories:

• Supply Risk
• Demand Risk
• Process Risk
• Environmental Risk 

This completely interactive virtual presentation is intended to allow us, Decision Makers, Managers, and Supply Chain Professionals an opportunity to discuss the impact COVID-19 has had on these four categories of risk, and what adjustments we will consider making to our Risk Management Plan going forward.
